How does one declare investments regarding ppf and HRA, i joined UST on 11 april and my payroll portal is still not active ( HR told post first salary it will be active ) .

I'd love to get a job in a video games studio. I have experience as a project lead (help deliver a program as part of a cross functional). What kind of skill would you say is essential to work in that environment and to actually get noticed when I apply.
