I’m really struggling to make friends as a late 20 year old. I feel like there’s opportunity, I just always feel like an outsider. How do I approach this?

Currently have a job that I like right now and don’t want to leave. But think it be beneficial to have some recruiters in my network in case I am looking down the road. When recruiters reach directly out to me how should I handle? Ignore for now, respond saying I am not interested or is it ok to schedule a call and let them know where my interests lies?

What do you find to be the hardest thing about consulting?

Are small families are dead? I’m 30yo with four kids (and counting) and think big families are so much fun. Who else in this industry has 4+ kids? I get a lot of eyebrows when I tell people we have four.
