4 YoE, Data Science background

Have an offer at B4 for 150 base / 20 sign on. Currently at a small tech company and found that I’m pretty good at sales. They’re switching me to a full time Account Manager role where I can earn around 170 (120 base / 50 OTE) if I hit my quota. B4 role is data science related in strategy - any pros / cons on not taking B4 offer (tempting since no quota and decent sign on)?
