I switched to data science 1.8 years back as data analyst earlier to that i have 2.5 years of experience as lecturer.
I am passout of BIT mesra in mechanical and M.tech from NIT Jamshedpur in 2017.

Right now my company promoted me as lead data analyst and giving me 15 lpa fixed.

Can anyone tell me is i am underpaid overall.

SOS. How do I know if I’m being paid fairly? I feel as though I’ve grown out out the “coordinator” role, but my company insists that I “prove myself” and add more responsibilities to my plate to show I am capable before I am promoted. But I feel like I already am doing more than a coordinator title, and my job title is just wrong. Is that fair?

RN here for 14 years. Bedside for 11 years. A little OR, critical care, Med-Surg. Did Case Mgmt and now doing Concurrent Review. I need a job that pays me above 95K and I started doing my NP in Psych but I just want to quit. Is there a way to get into Information Technology on the Healthcare side? I’ve reached out to a few programs that offer Master’s in Nursing Informatics or Data Analysis. Is there a job market for either of these 2 degrees? I have to find a way out.

Anybody have any leads on work from home positions in healthcare?

Hey nurses, did you become a CNA first? Or go straight into a nursing program? My cousin wants to become a nurse and, I'm going to be totally frank here, I don't think he can hack it. I recommended that he maybe do his CNA first to get a taste for it, but he's insisting he's prepared to nursing. Part of me is worried because a lottttt of people in my cohort in school were regularly partying and doing hard subs (was this the same for others??), and my cousin is susceptible to peer pressure.
