I wanted to know what certifications or skills that I need to acquire in order to upskill myself as Business Analyst. FYI, I do not have any certification as of now except those that are internal to TCS.

I helped out an acquaintance at another agency to record a video for a pitch. They sold it through and refilmed it according, except the music artist wanted to keep me in there from the pitch video. It’s only for a few seconds. But it’s a big name artist & huge service company collab. Should I get paid? I didn’t sign anything because it was a favor because they said I look cool. Got put on a PIP at work. The nature of my financial decision-making has changed and I am trying to save money. SO thinks I am being overly pessimistic and doesn’t get it.
