I'm a Business Analyst from past 2 years and working in a Group project what started from scratch in March. Currently, I'm working in two different projects under that.
I wanted to know what certifications or skills that I need to acquire in order to upskill myself as Business Analyst. FYI, I do not have any certification as of now except those that are internal to TCS.

Ive had two different partners say “I was senioring jobs as a staff 1.” Lol I’m assuming this is like the “I walked 5 miles in the snow with no shoes” type BS older people say.

I helped out an acquaintance at another agency to record a video for a pitch. They sold it through and refilmed it according, except the music artist wanted to keep me in there from the pitch video. It’s only for a few seconds. But it’s a big name artist & huge service company collab. Should I get paid? I didn’t sign anything because it was a favor because they said I look cool. Or should I just let it go and have a fun true addition to 2 truths and a lie?
Everyone keeps saying that the real estate market is going to bounce back soon. At this point I'm more likely to believe that unicorns will take over the world

Got put on a PIP at work. The nature of my financial decision-making has changed and I am trying to save money. SO thinks I am being overly pessimistic and doesn’t get it. He is doing fine and says I am going to be fine too and I should be thinking of us as a financial unit. However, at the end of the day we are not married so I don’t feel comfortable relying on this. I feel like I am about to lose my relationship (along with my job).

Started working at the age of 21 part time (went to an university in parallel) in one of EU countries, moved around the globe relying heavily on my engineering skills. Now I am working as Senior Engineer. I feel like when I apply to positions at FAANG and saying I have 16 years of experience they see it as 28 + 16 and I am a bit old for their culture (ageism?). Should I lie about my experience saying 8-12 years to be consider?
