Looking at HRIS options with a client, 35 staff. They are currently using Namely but it is clunky and doesn’t include some of the things they want (integrated ATS, documents, onboarding and offboarding checklists, time off tracking). ADPRun current payroll and are considering Rippling, BambooHR, and Paylocity. Using JazzHR as an ATS right now but would like to fold that into the HRIS so that they can use those dollars for a more robust perf mgmt system. Any thoughts on these or others?

Hello everyone! Considering a move to Dallas from New Jersey. Don’t mind dry heat but I really really really struggle with humidity. Is Dallas humid? Please don’t say “it’s not as bad as Houston” - I know! But how does it compare to say New York? And if so, is it year round or just the summer? Thanks! :)

I recently graduated from school and got a job in HR because I thought it was what I wanted, but I’m realizing now that I don’t love what I do. I’ve always had an interest in UX/UI design, but never took any relevant courses in school (I got a BA in Psychology and minored in HRM). I want to make a career pivot to UX/UI design, but can’t afford to go back to school bc I’m still paying off my student loans. Does anyone have any advice or tips for me?

I have been really contemplating leaving my company for quite sometime now. Here’s why: 1) recently went and got my MBA completed summer 21 2) I’m nowhere near the salary range I should be in 3) the role I’m currently in is a job that should be two levels(pay grades) higher than what it is 4) my boss is a very nit picky person and we do not collaborate very well at all. What is stopping me from leaving is that I have established rapport within the company, access to senior leaders, and flights

Looking to leave my position as a senior sales mngr in network security after 8 years here, 20 + years in IT sales overall. Current position grossly underpays, dealing with passive aggressive bully boss, no growth possibilities, no advancement, no HR dept, too many cons to mention. Looking for 100% remote corporate position based in NYC. Staying in IT but would consider other options thank you in advance.
