Finally got into Chicago after a bunch of delays in SFO, and my uber driver missed exit and the trip is now 20 minutes longer due to rerouting :(

Does your 401k loan transfer to new job or do you have to pay it off completely before leaving your old job?
Hi partners. I’m considering an offer from a key client in my region. I’ve never been on a client engagement with them, but my practice in my region has traditionally done a fair amount of work(contd)
Currently an A3 in audit. My team communicated to me that they’re pushing for me to get mid-year promo (Jan 2022) but I’m also interested in leaving to another Big 4 for AAS as an S1. Current salary is $73.6k and am unsure of how much I should be going for to make the jump worth it. I know EY FAAS offered a friend $85k in my market but assuming I get mid year promo I’m not so sure the salary bump would be significant enough. How much room for negotiation is there with Big 4 experienced hires?
Probably within 1 year of manager promotion, is it short sighted to leave before the promo?
What is the salary like for junior in house counsel positions (2 years of experience) at Amazon and how does it grow over the years?
What is the best way to ask hiring managers about their people development skills? Finding it kind of hard to gauge with all these virtual interviews but want a manager who will actually help me grow.
Was supposed to find out about a job by end of day today. Just got a calendar invite for 15 minutes to chat tomorrow instead. Also saw someone who I didn’t interview with (but could be a collaborator) who had looked at my linkedin a few weeks ago before one of my interviews looked at it again a few hours ago. Are these good signs or am I gonna cry of despair and burnout tomorrow?

In discussions with an Infra fund ($1bn+AUM) to come across and lead their origination across the US (think director / VP type level). Any thoughts on Comp expectations at infra funds? I’d take a lower base for more carry/equity but really have no idea where to start. Have post graduate degree and 10 YOE in the infra space both consulting and operational.
What are some of the top boutique HR consulting firms (talent strategy, organizational culture, organizational development)?
MC with acctg/finance background and 6 YOE in fin transformation, process enhancement, mgmt reporting and financial data. Light data analysis and process automation focus. CPA, but no MBA. What is a realistic exit role? It seems like most recommendations are focused on strategy and tech, but it feels like I'm only qualified for financial analysis roles. Somewhat new to the bowl, so I'm hoping for some perspective.
Want to join PE from a non-MBB firm. From an advanced degree (PhD) background and hence mostly exposed to the LS industry. Want to know if anyone did this transition: PhD > Consulting > PE. Is there any way to go for LS specific teams in PE ?
Wife just got an offer to go from KPMG (Manager up for promotion to SM) to Deloitte (as Manager) do you recommend pushing SM or come in as Manager with runway. Also, any recommendations for first 6m?
If we are working for a Big 4 as a Senior Consultant and expecting a promotion to Manager in the next 1.5 years and eventually want to exit into industry, then does it make sense to exit right now or take the promotion and exit?
