Does Natwest bank pay as competitive as Morgan Stanley Deutsche Bank. I mean Associate in MS and DB ranges from 20 to 30 lakh. However when I tried applying to Natwest expecting 40% hike (30 lpa) on current pay of 21 lakh. They straightway rejected me and said its not in their budget. Is there any financial firm which can pay as competitive to Mumbai banks. Barclays Deutsche Bank Natwest group BlackRock

Following— I think this industry is going to be revolutionary
I’m in MindMed and Cybin myself. MindMed is the only player that’s really working with LSD and they currently have the biggest pipeline of drugs going through clinical trials. 18-MC (non-hallucinogenic form of ibogaine) is targeting addiction and they have a ton of other ongoing trials that can be found on their website.
Cybin is creating novel forms of psilocybin and they also have an oral film delivery method that differs from what the other companies are doing. They have a partnership with kernel flow as well, but I don’t think much has been said on what they’re doing with the brain imaging technology. I also just think the CEO, Doug Drysdale, is a beast.
Compass will most likely be first to market, but they sketched me out a bit with their attempts at wonky patents and they only have one drug currently going through trials.
As mentioned above, we are probably still a few years away from these drugs coming to market, since most of the trials are in phase 1 and 2. I’ve been selling covered calls on MindMed in the meantime, but the premiums have taken a hit since the Nasdaq listing. I think a few read outs from MindMed and Compass are scheduled for the end of the year, which could help prop them up a bit, but as always, proceed with caution since we’re dealing with pre-revenue biotech plays.
Edit: forgot to mention, there are a couple ETFs available now (PSYK and PSIL I believe), but when I checked them out the expense ratios were pretty high.
Yes. And another thing about the ETFs is that most of their holding are *not* psychedelic—I.e. cannabis.
Mindmed. It spiked a few months ago but has gone done significantly, i’m at a loss. But holding
Yeah. I think I would expect to wait until at least 2023 for it to pop off. I bought into mindmed and compass.

What's happening with these stocks today? CMPS is down 30%
Buy the rumor, sell the news. It’s happened with every major event in this sector so far. It’s also pretty hard to tell if the results of the Compass phase IIB trial were truly positive - we need more analysis on the data. Take a look at the brief write up they had on the results: https://ir.compasspathways.com/news-releases/news-release-details/compass-pathways-announces-positive-topline-results
Rising Star
I opted to not buy yet. I’m intrigued but this feels way too speculative right now.
