I’m currently a PM that works in university recruiting. More specifically, I manage our intern + new grad program. The current work I do focuses on operational work/building out processes. Audit recruiter told me if I don’t take M&A Consulting internship with EY next year she can guarantee me an IB interview with Deloitte for next year after interning in audit. She says I could possibly pivot to entry-level IB after interning for audit and interviewing for IB, does that sound possible or should I get experience from EY first?

After 6 weeks off work, I went back,today, to a company I used to work with years ago, today. Good job with Work/life balance.Make a consistent 100k+. I took the job because the industry I was coming from is very seasonal and hiring won't be in demand until spring next year. Later this afternoon, one of the companies I interviewed with called me back for 3rd interview. This job is riskier but 150k plus, which what I was used too. I ll probably get the job. Should i take it?
