The program to install water meters has been suspended since 2019 but now I am paying $185/month for water year round. Place I just moved from with same number if bathrooms was $50-90/month. The website for the suspended meter program even guarantees that your bill will be lower than the flat-fee bill for 7(!) years with average savings of 25%. Feel like they are blatantly admitting to overcharging.
