Feeling a bit deflated. The pandemic has taught us that working remotely produces a lot more work than coming into the office. My company recently categorized EAs as support staff, therefore, the WFH nor the Hybrid doesn't applies to us. When asked why the sudden shift, the bullocks response was.. "when persons walked the floors, the place was a ghost town"
So, is it that you need me to tell you that John is WFH?! Make it make sense pls!
What positions within those departments are you looking at? They aren't my departments but I'm sure I can ask around and get some salary info.
The position is listed as Manager, Advice and Counsel.
It sounds like Employee Relations and may just be a new title within a re-org.
