I was offered a partnership at a small firm I used to work at before my current also small firm. We had come to terms and I expected to inform my current firm. To my surprise, my current firm made me a significant offer to stay. Not a partnership, but making more money and better benefits. CA: I have a quick question, we entered into a pre-lit settlement agreement for money owed to my client. The other party has now breached the settlement agreement (almost 60 days).
