Why are you quitting
If you’re unhappy then leave but be smart about it. Lack of a plan and simply quitting will only replace your exhaustion with anxiety and stress from 1.lack of insurance 2.dwindling savings. You are not the first to have these feelings, nor is this the first time ive shared this.
I feel your pain because I’ve been and am in your shoes. But take that negative exhausted energy and put it into something concrete. Stay at least another 3-6 months to budget and save
I did. I was in the worst environment. I told recruiters it was a poor fit. I told them the company had misrepresented itself so instead of starting at a new client, I wanted to focus my energy on finding the right fit
Poor fit and bad management. I’m concerned it’ll hurt my future chances though, by searching while unemployed.
I am considering doing the same right now- seriously too burnt out to look now and keep up work pace
