Hey mamas - at my current job I’m no longer happy. My managers style of running her team is a big part of this. Advice? I’ve been looking for a new job since Mid-May and have interviewed at some truly great companies. After 6 interviews and thinking I was going to get this position last week, the company told me they are pausing hiring. This is the 5th company since my job search that has told me I did amazing in the interview but they are taking a pause on all new hiring. Feeling extremely burnt out and frustrated.
