All of us looked well, tired and we all realized we have been so busy looking out for our family and kids and we forgot to prioritize ourselves. Hr called on 13th Oct. Asked for details like exp ctc, yoe and np. At the end he asked some time to come with final figure. It's been 2 days. No updates after that. Also, once I told my expected ctc 7LPA for 3.2 yoe. He didn't ask for negotiations too. How long is good to wait before asking the hr.

Production budgets seem to keep going down. For a :30 video spot (digital or TV), clients wanting to/thinking they can spend 125k, 200k, etc. All in, soup to nuts. And $300k being considered “very healthy.” 500k? An entire campaign. Anyone else seeing this?
