Phone interview and then a video interview. They said final round will be another video interview with the C-level. But for a remote job so I suspect I won’t be meeting them anytime soon.

I recently accepted an offer myself and went through the entire process remotely. Standard phone screen and several zoom interviews. I start next month and will be onboarded remotely as well.

Is it bad to have basic salary less compared to flexible pay. If the basic is 30% of gross, it's a government rule to have basic as 40 - 50% of gross which the company is not following and not ready to change the structure. I heard the advantage as in hand salary will be more in that case. But what are the disadvantages of this.

So how do you post an injunction bond?

Hi 🐠, need some advice. Was told by my manager that time doing research (for info related to my client) is not client billable and has to be charged to the overhead code. This strikes me as fundamentally wrong, esp bc this is a flat rate project so the hours will just affect my utilization / internal metrics, not how much the client is billed. I asked for a non-billable code that counts towards utilization but was told my utilization is fine even though I’d be billing <40hrs & to use OH code
