Agency fish who have their yearly reviews soon, whatcha thinking? I chatted with a few coworkers who have theirs coming up... a lot of them seem concerned about how much leverage they will have with rising inflation, economic downturn, and rising layoffs.

For those in the same boat, what are you hoping for? If you get a merit or promotional offer - did you plan on negotiating? Or are you going to take what you get and try to stay under the radar just in case layoffs are coming your way?

2) Fractal analytics:- Role(Imagineer :- on trainingit would depend on what technology you'll work in data science) 7.5 ctc + 3 lakh joining bonus.

Client wants to set up an LLC where a President gets 25% of the membership interests but contributes no capital other than his services. Governance is supposed to be handled by the vote of the members based on percentage ownership. Let’s see who remembers their MPRE. Just found a position at my dream firm I would like to interview for; however, I was also just placed on a deal where dream firm is the opposite counsel. I don’t want my current firm to know I’m thinking of leaving in case I don’t, so asking for a conflicts waiver doesn’t seem feasible. But the deal won’t close until next year, so I doubt the position will be around if I wait that long. Any advice?

I have the opportunity to act as outside counsel for a new construction company (commercial project management). I’ve been practicing for 4 years and have experience in small business law, none in construction. I am hesitant to take this on, and cannot tell if it is just new lawyer jitters or common sense. PC knows I have not worked in construction law, but has worked with me previously and trusts me for the job.
