I’m brand new (a month in) and struggling to bill 7-8 hours a day because I’m just not getting consistent work. My mentor always tells me to send out an email to the attorneys letting them know I’m free (we are mid size and don’t have staffers) but it’s not picking up and I’m genuinely worried about meeting my billable requirement...plus I feel totally worthless. Is this normal? Any tips?

When you have multiple offers and all are the same monetarily how do you identify which one is a better role?
A manager at cognizant and a manager at big4 are different even if their salary and title is the same. The exit opportunities from big4 is much better...how then should we compare offers?
