How do you calculate productivity rates, especially within a multidisciplinary setting including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers? I’m in a rather peculiar situation. I have been in the HR field going on 4 years, I have over 11 years of management experience, I got my PHR last year and I recently graduated with my MBA with a concentration in HR this month. I am ready for a more challenging role. However, there doesn’t seem to be much available at my current company. However, I am going on 5 months pregnant with the expectation of being out in October. I feel like once I mentioned my pregnancy I was in a holding pattern.

Im 29, husband is 28. We just recently got married. Ive been unsure if i want kids my whole life but as time has gone on, ive felt more of the desire. My husband definitely wants at least one child. We both arent “ready” now though. Got my AMH tested - its 2.01 , FSH 5.9. My doctor said its nothing to worry about but i know it goes down with time. I have a masters in Public Health but have been working in health administration for about 10 years. Currently in a management position and looking to change jobs. I’m in a predicament. At my organization, pay-for-performance salary increases are based entirely off of a person’s annual review. The problem is that I report to the CEO and he never (and I mean NEVER) does annual reviews. This was not disclosed during the interview process. What should I do? I like the work and love the people, but how long can you stay somewhere that doesn’t give raises?

I recently found out that a PT aide was making the same amount as me. Later, I found out the other aide who had been there very few months was also making the same (if not very close) to me after a recent $1 increase (due to my discovery). Both of these aides are men. The level of responsibility that falls on them verses what I am responsible for is truly laughable. I have seen jobs advertised for lead administrator coordinators for 24-26 an hour(with less responsibilities). Anyone else?
