I’d be surprised if anyone leaves before the end of July...
Quite a bit. They’re leaving for direct competitors, government, or completely dropping out of consulting and public sector. All of these moves come with a venerable jump in pay of course. I’m curious as to see what sort of company culture will remain/be made with the people that choose to stay.
I know of at least 6 people who are fielding offers or looking at exit strategies.

I think it will depend on CRT’s. It may not even be worth wasting more time. No one wants to be stuck holding the bag when there is more work then people.
I know about 1.5 dozen. I’d expect to see a 25-30% drop post 7/31.

I’m on the audit side of an engagement with NewCo as the FIAR. The rumblings are definitely real especially considering the contract is up for bid this year. If Deloitte swoops in as a lot of people are anticipating, I think you could legit see over half the team (20+) drop just from this job.
