Anyone in remote sales/ sales management have an under desk treadmill? Thinking of getting one for under my standing desk so I’m not chair locked all day every day.

I am curious how other inclusion teachers are being utilized when the school is doing remote learning. I find that I am sitting in the zoom class and have very little opportunity to contribute. I am having discussions with my teachers on ways that I can better support them and the students when remote.

If WFH stays after vaccine(maybe split 50/50 with office and WFH) do you think that will have some major impacts on our economy?  our economy is based off of people spending money not saving. I think of all the lunch, coffee, happy hour, dry cleaning etc spending we used to do.

I’ve been told my company is changing my title from Associate Director of BD to Sales Executive. I’m concerned it reads like a title demotion. Is it just semantics? How will this look for my career development? Curious about the standard perception of Sales Executive from a seniority perspective. Where does this land on the sales roles hierarchy? At the biotech company I work at avg inside sales is $62,632 with a $3500 per quarter cap. Commission structure is % based on sales quota reached vs capped (not a direct % of sales). I’m underpaid at $53000 with $3500 cap per quarter.
