Which role is better enterprise account executive or saas account executive?

Hi Fishes, i have two year of experience in ML (and DL) and now am into MLOPS. After spending few months in MLOPS am feeling whether to switch back to ML profile since in MLOPS I don't know what's happening on model side, some other team is building the model and I am just deploying and monitoring it.
What's the scope of MLOPS ? Is it good to continue on MLOPs profile? What's your thoughts/suggestions on this

As far as accounting advisory (CMAAS, FAAS, Etc) anyone have opinions on big 4 vs a more niche firm like Houlihan lokey or A&M? Currently at big 4 and thinking of moving out of audit, but not sure what the best next move is. As I understand it the smaller firms are more middle market, but can pay better and have better WLB? Anybody have any ideas on exit opps/other pro's and cons to consider? Thanks for your help!

Is it a viable business opportunity for a mid level patent litigation associate to leave BigLaw and consult? Service could include pre-litigation diligence (e.g., pre-litigation infringement analysis) for funding companies and law firms, overflow work, consulting for patent prosecution firms that take on ipr or litigation work, litigation consulting for tech companies that don’t have in-house counsel. Cross posting this in the BigLaw bowl.

I’m a mid level. Something that has baffled me and been on my min for a while: have you noticed that some partners/counsel/seniors don’t know the most basic part of a transaction? Like the basic rules for the most regular filings. I don’t mind looking up the rules and giving them the answers but what is mildly infuriating is sometimes if I’m a bit rusty or don’t know about a more obscure rule, they make me feel like I’m inexperienced or be like how can you not know this, when in fact they ask me

I started the habit because I ran into an issue where a lot of people often weren't sure what I was talking about and I'm trying to be nice and explain it up front so things are absolutely clear. How do I find local attorneys to pair up with on cases? I’m licensed in an absurd number of cases and practice in debt defense/bankruptcy. So far, in all the states except my home state, all I’ve done is debt defense because with the 341s, it’s a little trickier than just sending local counsel. I’d draw up the plan and the attorneys in other states handle the more local aspects such as court appearances. I’m not asking how to get the clients, do a bankruptcy, or ethically split fees.
