I had given Accenture interview on 5th March and on the same day got an email that I cleared the round then salary discussion also happened. But then they didn't release the offer. In the portal status went to " owing to business reasons we foresee some delay in processing your candidature". Also then after multiple followups got an update from HR that they don't have any requirements for the position. Now it's been more than a month what should I do ? Any suggestions would definitely help.

I have cleared all rounds and already submitted documents and HR discussion happened..
But today I got mail saying that 'You are invited to apply for Senior Consultant position and asking me to fill application form.
What does this mean? Will I haveve attend interview again? Or is it auto generated mail?

I’ve been on the bench with J1 for about 3 months. I was worried that because I couldn’t find another project, I would get laid off so I found J2, which pays more, is very meeting heavy, but I really like. I’ve kept J1 because I’m still on the bench doing absolutely nothing and getting paid. Thinking about looking for a role on a project with J1 that’s not along my career path but will allow for me to do work with no calls so that I can manage both jobs. Now EPAM ANYWHERE is offering me 26.4LPA full fixed + 75k Joining Bonus where the existing offer is not mentioned.
