I had an interview with Facebook for a manager role in the 3rd week of October. I still haven't heard back after that, after 3 emails to the recruiter she said they will get back to me when they have an update.

Hi everyone, I’m a senior director in an AE position and I feel my firm is underpaying us with our base salary (considering over-performance on a personal and team level, inflation, and the massive growth of the organization (which comes w an increase in challenges for us ICs)). Our current base starts at $110k in the NYC office, and I’m wondering if folks have better comp as it relates to the base. I have 5+ YOE in Saas sales and my OTE is ~$220k on a ~$600k yearly quota. The market seems to have diverged from the overall economy over the last month. Although many of us think the market will drop back to reality soon, I’m starting to hesitate in betting against the market.....as states are starting to open, stores are starting to reopen (Starbucks / Apple), jpow on the loose, and there doesn’t seem to be any strong NEW negative news coming up in the short run until a second wave of covid begins. What are your general thoughts on this?
