I’m an insurance analyst 2 (servicing) for nationwide. I have a P&C insurance license, just slightly over two years experience, a 1.5 year 100% quality evaluation record. I have gotten to the current position I am in very quickly, comparatively to other folks b/c of my performance. I work odd hours to receive additional pay, which is good. I believe I make about $57k. Given that I don’t have much experience in the industry, I don’t know if this is good pay. Looking for advice advice to advance.

I currently have about 4 years of experience at Chevron (2 years in R&D, 2 years as a chemicals product manager). I am looking to transition into consulting as I have realized that I am someone who gets bored of a project once it turns into a well-oiled machine. So I have just left my Consultant role in a finance company to move to a Account Executive role at a ftse250 tech company. All good…unfortunately today i received a letter from my old company saying im due to repay them £4.4k in training costs and guaranteed commission etc. How should I respond?

I got an offer to work at a Gensler office, but something has come up and need to move/work in a different city. Can I ask them to transfer me before I accept the offer? Will they do this if there is the same role currently open in the new city?

This might be inappropriate but how often are the rest of you having sex with your significant other or spouse? We have little kids and I work 75 hours a week so I am lucky to hook up twice a week and even that is tough to schedule.
