Over the past year I've had interviews with Google, Uber and Amazon/aws- and so far I've always resolved to stay within 'consulting' because I'm unsure if the 'exit' would be the right move for me. I had an interview for Cloud Consultant role last year with Google and while I was able to clear Telephone screen, Role related knowledge, Leadership round, Cloud Case Study, I was unable to clear GCA. What can I do to improve myself on that? I feel like I screwed my chances for working at Google but how do I get strong at it as I really want to try again as the recruiter has been very vocal about putting me back in the process as it was the only round that Google wants to do again

Lateraled to a firm about 7 months ago and have been really unhappy. It’s not what I was told at all while interviewing, I’m getting administrative work as a mid-level, and it’s impossible to get a response from anyone at the firm whether work-related or office-related. I’m hesitant to lateral again given the threat of an upcoming recession. Any advice?

Currently looking for a job opportunity specific to Talent Acquisition/Recruiting, as I want to get out of the Generalist realm. From the employers I've recently interviewed with, they average 15-20 reqs at a time. Any tips for transitioning from slow recruiting (around 4 at a time) in the generalist role to a high number of reqs? This is the way I want my career to transition but I think it may be a challenging adjustment.

I’ve been in the interview process for an AE role since Aug. 2021, always make it to 3rd rounds but then switched to another business unit to interview for due to internals accepting the roles. I just found out I’m pregnant and I am super excited! BUT I am on a trial which is slated to last 2-3 weeks when I’ll be 20-21 weeks along.
