Anyone interview w Pfizer strategy & consulting group? Any insight on format, tips etc?

Recruiters, any tips for negotiating a title bump when interviewing for a lateral move? Especially if an agency knows a candidate is over qualified? What successes have you seen? Thanks in advance.

Recently laid off and job searching right before my due date. Kind of scared because I am on interview 6 with a company so I feel an offer is near but I’m not sure how to negotiate delaying my start date. I have given 3 rounds of interview for the position of SE- B8 , i.e. Lead SE. Now in salary discussion round i asked HR for a CTC between a range of 31-34L. But they told me max they can give is 29.5L. I still did not accepted the initial offer from HR, it is going again one more round for salary negotiation after HR confirms the bracket from Business. I know Natwest dont negotiate once you accepted the offer. What CTC can i expect from Natwest for Lead SE.

Is anyone else getting frequently ghosted by tech/ marketing recruiters?

I recently interviewed at a company and the hiring manager(HM) asked for my expected salary and said that he will make it same & forward to HR.
But had a HR discussion today and they are saying that it’s not in the budget and want to come down.
I went back to the HM, he said that he’ll be talking to the HR , and after that HM said that it’s a little hard for the leadership team and hence, would be discussing with the VP if that could be offered.Will they come back now or I lost job?

Imposter syndrome is truly the craziest thing. I don’t understand it. Like I consciously know it’s gonna affect me but subconsciously it just doesn’t go away!!

I have regular 1:1s with my team and always ask for feedback and over the last few months have been consistently getting really good feedback from everyone, but I still feel like I’m doing everything wrong and someone’s gonna realize it sooner or later.

Need a sanity check. I've got an offer at a mid sized biotech - SM level, $165k + 15% bonus + 15% RSU (annual award so won't come into the picture into year 2) and a $22k sign on bonus. From what I understand, that's good comp (MCOL area) for the title, but as an EM at a life sciences consulting firm (10 YOE), I feel like I should shoot more for AD or D level.
