Anyone interviewed with Visa and Ebay before for product manager role? What sort of interview questions can I expect for initial hiring manager level screening?

My book is just spec and side projects. I’m trying to get a new junior-to-mid role because I’ve gotten nothing good produced where I’m at, and I have zero faith this will change if I stick around. I’m asked for work samples from recruiters and CDs even though I make clear that what I’ve done doesn’t reflect who I am as a creative. Think CRM/DM/B2B stuff. They insist on it, and I never hear back afterwards. Not sure what to do. Almost feel like I’d be better off erasing my agency experience.

My manager asked me to get something done at 5:30 today. My Birthday dinner was at 6:30. I turned in a "not-flawless" project plan. Should I be nervous he's upset with me (he knew about my birthday).

Was passed up for mid-year promotion. I have bi-weekly meetings with my coach (a partner), and was told I was on track for it months ago based on certain metrics. Then last week he said I’m “a rockstar” and that I will be promoted in May 2022 as if our previous conversations never happened. I already sacrificed a promo by moving firms and I feel like I’ve been held back again. Any advice? Feeling demotivated and exhausted considering I’ve been 100% utilized since May.
