Does anyone else ever feel bullied or pushed to go on camera ? Some days I really don’t want to. It’s not “cute” to see other women struggle to deal with their needy families as I’m dealing with mine . As a woman over 40, I honestly need makeup to not look like a zombie and I don’t want to be seen that way. I’m so much more comfortable and effective without having to do it. I feel pushed to do it by certain partners and it really bugs me . Am I the only one ?

I am an ETL developer who got a chance to work on spark recently within my organization. Initially struggled and now got comfortable with scala spark in my project. I am looking to change job in data engineering but most JDs I see are asking for pyspark and not scala spark, only few are asking scala or Java or python.

Should I really learn python and pyspark as well to be able to find more opportunities? Or should I only apply for scala based roles?

So the problem is I got an offer from TCS with a 35% hike in Jan. And as per our discussion I should have resigned from my current company in Jan itself and serve 90 days notice period to join TCS in April.
But somehow on discussing with my current manager, I didn't resigned from TechM.
And also I didn't inform TCS that I won't be joining.

Let's say a person join a company X and then switches to Y after few years. Again switches to company Z after few months. Now the thing is both the previous employers provided Pf but the new company Z which is still growing doesn't have a pf contribution since it is starting out in india.
