infosys - 22.29L.
JPMorgan Chase - 27L, still negotiation going on (also have h1b visa if that matters in negotiation).
I am planning to join in JP Morgan. This is going to be my first company switch (working at onshore since last few years) so wanted to know below things:
1). Is 27L is good enough for 10 yoe resource ? I have seen people joining 24-25L at 4 yoe.

I gave my various rounds of interview in Deloitte USI 2 months ago, and since then till last Friday it was showing " interview in progress" on their job portal, HR said earlier that we are interviewing other candidates. I got an offer from Amazon last week and asked Deloitte recruiter to speed up the process, i didn't get any reply on my email but now it's showing " review in progress" on the job portal. What does it mean? Shall I wait for Deloitte offer or take Amazon's offer.

So I’m thinking about taking a remote overnight dispatcher/bookkeeping job on top of my 9-5. It’s 10 hours from 7-6am. Has anyone here worked that many hours? It will probably be short term. Like 6-9 months.

Bought a couple years ago in north county San Diego but had to relocate to the Bay Area for my current job. Current mortgage at my old place is ~$3.5k all including principal/interest + escrow (insurance, property tax etc) with a 2.875% interest rate.
