I took a loan against my 401k and the repayment is drawn from my paycheck. Included in that payment is 6% interest.

I have enough money to repay the remaining balance of the loan. The question is: should I repay it now or just continue with the payment and pay off if I leave the company?

The money would go into savings / investments.

Poor big 4 analyst - senior - manager path: been making under 130k for like 8 years and lived in HCOL areas such as NYC and SF for a while, hence did not save a lot of money.
