I did not get any proper interview call for years (was getting jobs like cctv operator, asset manager, bpo etc) 1 year ago joined a c2h company (become fool by hr) as system admin position (actual job is uploading data to server only) the company only gives salary which is low comparing to living cost now after 1 year still not getting proper interview call. But I found one thing unusual that I did not have any salary negotiation call neither any hr round.

They released offer letter directly on ibegin portal with 60% hike on my current ctc .

Should I consider this as a fake recruitement.

We’re looking for a new legal assistant. There’s a communication and micromanaging issue within my team where the partner doesn’t trust (past) assistant(s) with basic tasks and instead he spoon feeds instructions haphazardly leaving things out and being inconsistent. After spending 4 years as a mid-level ops manager, I tried to break into HR through talent acquisition. Now after 6 years in TA, I've had a hard time getting out of it. My goal was always to get into a more broad HRBP position, but I've since worked for smaller orgs without a solid HR career path. When I ask about my career goals, they keep telling me, "Soon!" Or "Maybe in 6 months!"

I get my actual contract and there is no mention of a bonus structure.
