Deloitte GPS people - have you all adopted a new hiring process? I started the hiring process back in March, successfully completing my interviews early Feb. My recruiter reached out 2 weeks ago saying they wanted to extend an offer but needed to go through a new process. It sounds like the previous process usually took 48 hours to turn around an offer so at 2 weeks I’m curious what’s going on. Any insights are much appreciated!
In the past week I have cleared the interview of EY. They ask my expectations and a counter offer. I sent them my counter offer of 12LPA of an MNC. Despite the discussion of 14LPA on the call from EY, they sent me an offer of 11.5LPA. talking to HR on this, he said that maybe this could be done by mistake, after the interview process they were very unprofessional on the HR side. Till now I almost have a conversation with 5 different people.

I joined in mid April. Took about a month and a half total from the time that the recruiter found me on LinkedIn. About a week in between each interview.
Thanks for the insight. I've had my first two which were a week apart and the second one went great but it's been almost two weeks and the recruiter hasn't reached out. Was told he will reach out once he receives feedback. I'm about 3 weeks in the process so was wondering if this was normal which it seems to be
