Hello, I am currently a solution consultant with Kinaxis, but starting the interview process with Accenture for a similar role. Any Insight regarding salaries @ ACN for a role like this? Pros and cons of potentially switching from Kinaxis to ACN?

I had an unusual interview setup where I interviewed separately with three partners, the heads of the practice I’m trying to join in three different major offices. After the first two interviews, HR contacted me explaining that the partners liked me and explained the next steps, but it’s been radio silence since the third interview. It’s been about a week and a half and I don’t know whether to reach out or play the waiting game. Any thoughts?

Hello, need some advice. I hit a year at my current job this month and was expecting a compensation review and was just now told my company does it annually so wait until February. Is this normal? My compensation is quite low and I worked really hard and anywhere else I would be making at least 30-40k more just because I have been applying and interviewing with other companies, so this is another push towards applying more. Full round of interviews completed. No major pay hike but still happy to switch. However for 3 weeks it’s been radio silence. Wrote to recruiter two weeks ago and recruiter said they were interviewing other candidates and there’s no result yet. Should I; a) write to HM directly and inquire? b) write to HM and ask to be considered for other roles he had that I was a potential with? c) sit tight?

My team uses SharePoint/OneDrive to store all files on our computer with constant syncing.

I noticed when sheets are linked that once the other sheet is closed and the open sheet is refreshed all my linked to the closed sheet breaks. Yes it’s saved.
Any ideas how to fix this? It’s annoying having to open up all the sheets especially if there are multi linked sheets

28 F, not very un-attractive. But I am really really bad at flirting.. atleast on purpose.

For instance, I talk to a guy normally.. I’ll laugh, joke and be all normal and casual. Because I am not flirting and even if they are.. I clearly have not realized it.
