Anyone joined EY India after 15th or 18th last month? Did you receive the July 2022 salary yet as part of mid month salary cycle?

I’ve been a Sr. Analyst here for 2.5 years, currently making 85k as a Business Analyst/Product Owner. What can I expect for compensation if I left and worked at either a competing consulting firm or a F100 company? Has anyone made a similar switch?

I just got a job offer and while it’s not my *dream job*, it’s a great company, I’d be working under an amazing VP who I really clicked with, it’s fully remote, and in an industry I have experience in. The initial offer is $120k, but I have someone on the inside who said the absolute top of the range in the salary band is $150k. I plan to counter and will walk away for anything less than $130k. If you were me - what would your counter ask be?

I have been selected as Associate 2 for Management consulting DDV team at PwC AC bangalore office. They are currently offering 14LPA fixed with 12.5% variable.

I have an internal transfer offer to FDD but am also interviewing with PWC. Does it make sense to leverage the fact that I already have an offer in my PWC interviews? My thinking is it could be a pro to show one firm already thinks I am a good candidate for FDD coming from audit, but I know my internal transfer salary is way lower than what I would be offered by PWC so don’t want to unintentionally open that can of worms and lowball myself.

I joined Accenture on 8th December. Got laptop on 15th December. I am facing issues with the credentials and that's why unable to set up the laptop. Also the laptop i received isn't formatted.
