Desperate to get out despite only being a 2nd yr it’s kinda wrecking me emotionally. I think I at least need a break. Job offer at a law school counseling students which is really one of my passions from tutoring/teaching in undergrad. Facing about a 20k pay cut and really anxious about how close the pay is to my actual expenses. Can anyone give any advice on pay cut anxiety// did you even notice once you were happier? Also any ideas on negotiating after you’ve been told the offer is their cap?
