I just got a monthly spot using spot hero for $350! 1755 Broadway.

like

Check spot hero for any monthly deals. But generally $500 a month in midtown

like

I’m sure it’s at least $500/month

It's $300 in Queens.

I know it’s $500 in the UWS and I imagine it’s more in midtown

I’m a LCSW, have been working in mental health for 10 years, and have a job that enables HRSA to pay off my student loans. I really want to go back to medical school to be a psychiatrist. I’d like to pay my student loans off before taking on more debt but worry I will be way too old to go back since I already feel way too old at 38 to do it. Has anyone over the age of 35 gone back to med school? What were your challenges? Was it worth it?

Is there a standard for referrals?
Meaning if I refer a client to a different attorney (not big firms but as a solo to solo) what will be reasonable rate of a referral fee to charge from the attorney I refer to.
I feel that I spent money on marketing and time handling the clients and the referral and I should be compensated In some way but not sure what I should ask.
