I’m matriculating to a Midwest T15 this fall and I’m trying to figure out how much to budget for “fun money”. Just had a phone interview with a local hospital for an entry level medical coordinator position. Salary expectations non negotiable $19.20 an hour…..that’s going to be a BIG NO for me as I have over 6 yrs of experience and almost done obtaining my degree in healthcare administration. What I don’t understand is how are these big companies not wanting to pay the correct salary but want to load you with so much responsibilities.

I have been selected at citi but HR is unable to release offer letter. This is because I have worked for citi as contractor or consultant in past but I don't remember my SP ID or GP ID which Citi provides to its temporary employees. HR is checking my SP ID or GP ID which was allocated to me in the past but I don't recall it is. HR is checking this with US team and this process is taking time. If they cannot extract it due to some reason, will they release my offer letter? Please clarify this.
