I have 11 yoe and getting an offer from HP Enterprise in Bangalore with 30 LPA Fixed and Offer Letter mentions variable. Work is in Go, Scala and Apache Spark. While Synechron offers me 33 LPA but no bonus in Hyderabad, work is in Java, Spring boot and MongoDB. I am confused between these two.

My current location is Hyderabad. I worked in PBC for 7 years.

So, basically my choice is between location (convenience) and Money vs Brand and Better Work.

At what point is the candidate’s information given out to the potential employer

Is it only after the staffing firm gets the payment
After a interview

Or is the full resume given out with their contact info
But they sign a non contact agreement ?

Is it silly starting some sort of business if you have little knowledge in the industry you are looking to penetrate and utilizing subcontractors/freelancers for a good portion of the work at the beginning?
