How are you addressing EL lessons in your distance learning plans?

When first starting a small business is it absolutely crucial to have a website? I have a physical space and was just planning on getting clients through word of mouth and do scheduling over the phone since I have a receptionist/helper. Should I wait until I have a site to open? Everything else is almost done and ready to go.
