Beaches at Turks.
I feel like most places didn’t offer care for like under fives. Would love to hear that I’m wrong though.
Disney cruises are also excellent for entertaining the kids and providing fun for adults
Agree Disney has best family experience. A little too much sugar is offered but the food facilities and kids club we’re all great
We go to this in Cancun (there are others too around in nearby cities like Playacar, Cozumel etc). Great play area for kids and full baby sitting service too for most of the day as needed.
This is all inclusive though - we like it, not everyone does.

Sheraton in Fiji
Most Ritz Carlton’s have a kids club - but I think min requirement is 5 years old 😢
Most Rosewood resorts typically have a babysitter service
My partner is a single father, so when we began dating, I quickly pivoted to family-friendly vacations - especially ones with childcare.
We recently did ClubMed in Cancun, which was really great. If you’re open to a more European/international vibe, they have awesome locations with child care (petit club, etc.) for child care for young children. They also have babysitting services for late night outings. We had an awesome experience there. It’s not the most luxurious/expensive option, but it was a great value for us.
Depending on the age of your kid(s) and/or potty training status: it’s harder to find places that will take kids that aren’t potty trained. Club Med is one (but not all properties). Beaches is another - but WAYYY more expensive and not attainable for many and may be a consideration for extended family and affordability. We have also explored cruises - Carnival is the only cruise that allowed children that weren’t Potty trained in daycare (huge plus), but Disney cruise line I believe is the only ship that has splash pads/areas for kids not potty trained. Disney is also more expensive, but I’ve heard it can appeal to a broad audience - though no casinos onboard, No cruise allows non potty trained toddlers in pools onboard. Carnival was a solid experience for us, as we found options to make it feel more upscale where we could (steakhouse night) and kitchy for kids (Dr. Seuss breakfast). Would recommend trying a short one to see how you like it!
Good luck on the search - looking to see what others might recommend here, too!
