Working with a financial advisor who is trying to sell me on Indexed Universal Life Insurance (IUL) as an investment vehicle. Supposedly there’s no downside risk and 5-7% returns and it’s not taxed. It seems too good to be true and makes me raise an eyebrow. Wondering if anyone has any insights into this or if my advisor is taking me down a risky path.

Unpopular opinion - I find The Office to be wildly overrated. I've watched more than a number of episodes on Comedy Central, and can't get into it. Am I missing something? Does it have to be watched sequentially? Not sure what the fuss is about.
