OD/OCM practitioner (C) here currently with USI, looking to connect with leads from Deloitte Canada. Have about 6YOE, DE implementations/tech adoptions. Niche would be Finance and payroll processes (strong exp. in Finance transformation projects). Also, an AWS cloud practitioner and can take up cloud transformations projects. Hi everyone,

I recently moved to the Netherlands and have been looking for a remote job in recruitment and talent acquisition. This is a skill I have 1+ years experience in for a small Irish business but one that I would like to progress further. If anyone knows of anyone hiring or looking for a person who is interested in boosting their career please don't hesitate to get in contact with me.

I interviewed for a principal TPM role at Amazon and was told that I am better suited for a non-tech PM role level 6. I am kind of bummed as non-technical roles don’t pay that well and that’s not the direction I want my career to take as well.
Admittedly, I don’t have a super-technical background myself. So what should I do now? Should I continue for the non-technical role because it’s the Amazon or just let it go and re-apply within 6 months. My current total comp is $210k.

Has anyone interviewed for a Google financial analyst position? Any info on comp or interview process?

Does taking the operator role at a PE fund limit your opportunities of moving into an investor role later? I have strategy consulting background at a big 4. I am interested in moving into PE in an investment role. Frankly, it’s been tough trying to break in with my background and currently working on joining MBB to increase my chances. Recently, I have had recruiters reach out for operator roles at a few funds but worried taking this route will limit my chances. Anyone moved from ops to inv.?

Hey fishes, could you please tell me how many interview rounds are there in PwC SDC for a Manager position? Any insights would be helpful.

Thanks in advance!

Are you looking for better $$, WLB, and culture, all while working remote for F500 clients' biggest digital and customer strategy challenges? Publicis Sapient's 3-year old MC practice is aggressively growing and hiring. Come work with an entrepreneurial and diverse (feat. an almost even M:F ratio) team of consultants from the likes of MBB / T2 / F500s / Tech. DM to see if it might be a right fit :-)
