NYC Sr Art Director salary question: looking at the real agency salary excel sheet that is floating around, it looks like salary for a Sr AD in NYC is around $120k. My question is: is that number typically the offering salary or something worked up to?
I'm moving to NY, looking for a Sr AD position and want to be sure I don't low-ball myself. I had a recruiter tell me there wasn't a huge difference between Chicago and NYC pay and I almost spit out my water 🤦🏼‍♀️ thank you for your help.

What could I do with this?

I am so sick of hearing about well-being and the “tips” we should adopt in trying to make a difference. Blocking out time in my diary doesn’t do anything aside from making my days longer. It’s about time management assess workload (client and non client) and actively resolve that as the FIRST step to helping most of our wellbeing. Rant, sorry.
