Working with creative circle is like getting divorced. Expect them to take half and make you really, really sad.
Omg that’s so— 😭😭
Ive seen them post all over LinkedIn but this is the first time they’ve ever reached out. (I applied out of boredom tbh.)
RUN AWAY
Lol you should still respond-but just not accept
They are the tv accident lawyers of the agency world. Just no.
This is perfect
Maybe things have changed since I last worked with CC but 7-10 years ago they got me excellent pay and great gigs, including my current. It was tough to get “in” but once you booked a job and received good feedback, they would bring you in for as much as you desired. They did take 50% but they charged a hefty hourly to client.
Woooow that’s so crazy! Good to know.
Nononononono. (In the biz 20+ years, never seen a good offer or good candidate from them.)
I you are experienced person, and have other options I don’t think Creative Circle is right place for you, because they will take at least 40% of you wages. But if you are struggling to find a job with little experiences Creative Circle will benefits you and might help you landing a full time job with a big company. Because I found out a lot of big company uses agencies like CC to help them get right candidates. I had two years experiences in Graphic Design and little Ux experiences. I want to be a UX designer in the future but struggled to find first UX job, I got a 6month contact with a top company from CC, and after contract I became full time. Yes my company paid 20% of my annual salaries to convert me to a full time, but it didn’t cost me anything. So I consider CC is a place for little experienced professionals who want find their first or two jobs. Hope this is helpful to you!
