Anyone know anything about Online Masters of Science in Analytics from Georgia Tech? Want to use this for a career pivot, but know that there are mixed reviews on these data science programs

I'm trying to pivot my hospitality career to more of a project management career, can I get any advice as to where to start?

I hate marketing. But I tell people how great a career it is. I've been in this industry for 10 years and I want to get out but don't want to take the pay cut.

Sizable firm, good team, very low pay, okay wlb, been here for a year and working for 4 years in total, was sales/ small firm analyst before. I’m a financial advisor (Series 7 and 66) and I really wish I would have become an accountant or investment banker. I like advising, but it’s a grind to find people to make new clients to sell to in order to survive. Are there any exit strategies for a successful young 26 y/o advisor to move to investment banking or a salaried advisor job?

If you started your career in retail banking as a relationship banker, what would be different paths you could take if you’re ready for a change? I’ve been told I have great customer service but my weakness is lending. Reviews came and went, was told was up for promotion then a wave of promos happened (April) and I wasn’t on the list. Been told it happens twice a year. Is this a load of BS to keep me where I am?

Is it okay to talk to multiple recruiters at the same time about different roles? I assume it’s best to be upfront about it? When do they ask you to narrow down to one role if both teams are interested? Role A is more interesting to me but I know I don’t have all the skills required. What are some good metrics for someone who mainly created user stories, created dashboards, interacted with the client and developed statistical models?
