I have over 12 years in B2B sales/sales management experience along with a graduate degree. I cleared Accenture Tech round, and they have sent a mail asking to fill in EAF . Should I wait for HR discussion and then do it? One of my friends didnt have HR round for salary discussion. After Tech round, they directly sent offer letter. When he asked for HR discussion for salary negotiation, they said nothing can be done. Does this happen a lot in Accenture?

I’ve recently signed a FT offer for FAANG and just received an offer for equity from the startup I am currently working for as long as I continue to provide consulting/advisory support (a few hours a week) as I have a lot of their institutional knowledge. I’m nervous that self reporting to my new company will cause issues but I’m equally nervous about doing this without them knowing. Can someone put my mind at ease and offer sound advice?
