Pre pandemic, I listed my apartment on Airbnb when I was out of town traveling as a way to supplement my income. I knew many people who did the same. Airbnb was also my go to as a traveler for an affordable place to stay.

Renting an Airbnb is the only affordable way to visit the city unless your lucky enough to have friends or family that live here. These restrictions hurts NYC locals and visitors.

Hi! I need some help! I got accepted into Queens College and also SUNY Old Westbury. I applied at both because I wasn’t sure which one to choose. Queens college offers a masters of Accounting, but SUNY also offers a MS-Taxation. I think I’d prefer doing MS-Taxation being that I’m planning to stay in tax.
