Anyone know how many rounds of interviews typically for an AbbVie associate director role?

I’ve been working as a paralegal in the capital markets group of a white shoe law firm in NYC. I took this job coming out of college with the intention of going to law school. But I find myself much more interested in the transactions I work on than the legal matters surrounding them. So instead, I want to pursue an MBA to pivot to banking. But I’m concerned that my current job puts me at a disadvantage for admissions. How can I position myself to get into T15 MBA if applying in 2-3 years?

Physician planning to go the industry route. Prefer early therapy development role (rather than liaison, safety, or business - for now)

Not trying to generalize here but in my career I have encountered this multiple times. Other females at work feel threatened by me instead of working together effectively and efficiently. I don’t look at others or other females as a threat. I am trying to be better for ME, not better than YOU. Not interested in taking your job; I’m just trying to plant my seed somewhere. If you notice you’re like this, DO BETTER & BE BETTER. Women in the workforce have come too far to work against each other.

I just left a Big 4 firm to Fund Accounting in hopes of better WLB, but now it’s looking like the hours will probably be even worse (60/70+ average weekly) throughout the year.
