Anyone know how Microsoft's tuition reimbursement works? Do they pay before your enroll? Also, see that it might be 2 year employment required first. Is that still true?

If I decide to quit my job after maternity leave, does anyone know how much I have to reimburse to my employer for the FMLA health insurance they paid? And how long do I have to stay at the company post my maternity leave to avoid such reimbursement payment?

A recruiter presented an offer at X salary plus benefits. When they offered the job I accepted via email with x salary + benefits. I had to wait a week for the official offer letter to come from the company. When I received it, it stated a lower base plus bonus- combined were lower then the x base I accepted over email with the recruiter. There is a $12k discrepancy in the base salary now. How can a recruiter fix this mistake?

I was able to secure an interview at Microsoft for the Customer Solutions Architecture position. Want to find out from everyone what kind of questions I should be expecting in this interview and what the hiring process is going to be like. FYI, a recruiter from RANDSTAD America is coordinating the interview, not sure if that makes a difference.
