Probably around 120-125 after bonuses. Around 105-110 base. That’s if you are in core.

City/service/specialty/qualifications are needed before giving a number. Based on those it can range from $85k - $140k

90k-140k

TP manager should get you over $100k but depends on the city. I would assume:
Low COL: 105
Mid COL: 115
High COL: 125

These numbers might not be possible without jumping firms for the pump though

Oh, sorry. Didn’t see the Bay Area part..

90K dallas

We’re looking for a TP manager in the South Bay.

I am struggling to find a job in UX, I received my Master's in UX Design from Kent State University last year with a 4.0 GPA but that doesn't seem to matter. I have applied to hundreds of posts with barely any replies back. My education has taught me a lot however I feel I need the work experience to be taken seriously. I have applied to many junior and intern positions with no luck. How do I break in to the UX field with an education but no job experience?

I’m currently in PA working in tax compliance (PE/Hedge) and considering my options. When I spoke with a recruiter seems like there is not a lot of “interesting” tax opportunities in industry that really stuck out to me. They mentioned potential opportunities for a PE controller role. Has anyone ever tried this? It would be a smaller shop so imagine I’d be doing everything if I was considered. Would I be setting myself up for failure?

Went from a big firm to work for a smaller firm. The people in the smaller firm are protective of their work and are good by their work too. I no longer feel chaos or stress. I am treated with respect and my schedule is more normal. I am even working more billable hours than before, but it feels like a seamless experience. I don’t work then past 5pm or anything out of the ordinary for this time of the year. I am so grateful!
